Video of flood stricken Vietnam and Thailand

At least 9 people have died as a result of flooding in Thailand that began last week. The government’s Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department said Wednesday that in addition to fatalities, the flooding has affected nearly 4000 villages in 19 provinces in eastern, central and northeastern parts of the country. Residents of the flood stricken region were seen on top of the roofs receiving aid packages from the Red Cross workers. Up to 120 centimetres of rain pounded the central region over the past week, submerging 200000 houses and forcing 142000 people to flee, according to the national floods and storms control committee. Central Vietnam also suffered severe flooding earlier this month that killed 66 people.

How do I obtain my birth certificate from Thailand?

My parents are from Vietnam, and both are Vietnamese. I don’t know why they were in Thailand, but all I know is that I was born in Thailand, and 3 when I was 3 months old I moved to the US. During Katrina my mom lost all of my paper work. We been busy with a lot of other things and haven’t gotten the chance to re do my paper work. I finally re did my green card, and also my SS card. How would I go about getting my BC from Thailand? Thanks in advance.

Why Thai language is not easy to access according to internet and computer use?

I feel shamed to ask "Do you know Thailand ?" I am Thai. I found that Vietnamese and Indonesia language are available in Google translation machine but Thai. I think in South East Asia several countries such as Laos Cambodia Singapore Myanmar Vietnam Malaysia and China support studying Thai language. However, There are not much programs to promote study Thai or other applications for instance translation, dictionary, reading machine or OCR.
When I register the websites, they want me to inform the language but there is no Thai provided. What happened? Maybe my language is a minority of world language use.
