Thailand has its first female prime minister. Will this make the life of women in Thailand any better? Will the foreign tourists find it difficult to exploit the local women? What about prostitution – hope this will come down? Thailand is a beautiful country that has been exploited by sex tourists. Will there be any impact on it?

I will be traveling through Thailand and have a mild disability that makes squatting very difficult. I can walk upright for miles, but squatting has always been an issue. What does someone like me do when faced with having to use a squat toilet? Do the restrooms typically have bars to hold on to for support?
Just to clarify, we will mostly be traveling in non-tourist areas such as Trang (south), Chiang Mai, Pai, etc. I will only spend about 3-4 days in Bangkok.
