Clementi residents could now enjoy the new shopping centre! Apart from the existing restaurants such as Ajisen Ramen, Burger king, KFC, Long John Silver etc would other asian flavor such as thai food from Thai Express be appreciated there? Share your views and we could make a different!

Last night, I got some take-out Thai food from our local restaurant — the dish was called "Drunken Noodle." It was WAY too hot and spicy for my tastes and even physically burns my tongue when I try eating it. Any ideas about what I might be able to add to the dish to calm down the spiciness? Otherwise, the whole plate will go to waste!

I’m jones’in for good thai food. In my experience, small family run restaurants generally serve the best. I think is it because "mom" is usually in the kitchen preparing the dishes. What do you recommend?

I love thai food. I’ve tried a few recipes and things but the sauce is never as good as the stuff at a thai restraunt, which is to be expected but still.

Alright. I am not a bad cook. I have read several Thai cookbooks. But I am danged if I can make it taste like it does at the restaurants. And I am a fiend for Thai food. If I cannot learn to make it at home, I will go broke. So please, what are the tips, tricks, and secrets? Am I overlooking something obvious?
