I’ve searched a few recipes but I don’t see how the ingredients can help the rice to turn yellow in what I see in most restaurants. So how on earth do I make them turn yellow ? What’s the best recipe around to create authentic Thai pineapple rice?

I don’t know how to make veg thai red curry with readymade curry paste. I searched on google but there are lot of different kind of recipe. Can anyone tell me which is the good website for recipes?

Does anyone know how to make Thai iced tea and where I could go buy the tea? I live in an area where all the restaurants serve it and there are tons and tons of Asian shops around but I haven’t been able to find the actual tea.

I have been growing a thai ornamental pepper plant for a while and ive picked lots of small peppers (less than an inch big) and dried them. I have under 20. I want to make a mini batch of hot sauce with them but im not sure how..

They are super hot (50,000+ scolenes) and you can tell just by biting into one (OUCH!).

So does anyone have any good hot hot recipes for my peppers?

My husband & I are crazy about Thai Cuisine and love eating out. We love getting spring rolls and the dipping sauce that goes with them. We want to recreate that sauce with our own spring rolls at home. We have tried many recipes and haven’t found one that tastes anything like were use too.
