Northern Thailand hit by another quake
A 5.5-magnitude earthquake struck northern Thailand on Friday, one day after a tremor hit neighbouring Myanmar and killed at least 50 people. There are no reports of any injuries or damage as yet. On Thursday, a 6.8-magnitude tremor struck Myanmar, about 110 kilometres from the border with Thailand. It destroyed over 100 buildings and injured at least 40 people.
