I have gone into regional settings and set it for Australia and it seems to have rectified the language on my yahoo mail but on messenger it is still in Thai. Please if you answer understand I am in Thailand now so the screen is in Thai, please tell me where to change with detail like "fourth line down etc." So frustrating that yahoo couldn’t make things more simple.

I will be traveling through Thailand and have a mild disability that makes squatting very difficult. I can walk upright for miles, but squatting has always been an issue. What does someone like me do when faced with having to use a squat toilet? Do the restrooms typically have bars to hold on to for support?
Just to clarify, we will mostly be traveling in non-tourist areas such as Trang (south), Chiang Mai, Pai, etc. I will only spend about 3-4 days in Bangkok.
